Our recent Cook and Eat sessions have seen some incredibly tasty creations made by the group using produce from the community gardens.

This has included:

A festive meal of Brussels Sprout and Stilton Soup which was so delicious, with home made mince pies for pud (made with spring roll pastry, worked a treat!).

Chilean pumpkin and bean stew (Porotos Granados), using an amazing, huge pumpkin grown by Allison one of our fab volunteers, with kale, spinach, chard and oregano grown here in the garden and toasted pumpkin seeds to garnish. Very tasty!

A Spanish style potato stew and included some of our bumper crop of tiny biquino peppers.

All absolutely delicious!
