Our fab Cook and Eat group are getting so good at cooking!  Recently they’ve made  Swiss Chard and Herb Tart and a side dish of green beans.  They’ve also recently made spinach (and chard) and feta filo pie, absolutely YUM!
Recipes with quite a lot of elements and the group prepare everything brilliantly.
The delicious ingredients include eggs from our hens, loads of our fresh oregano as well as spinach, chard, red onions and garlic all grown here (and everything we grow is organic).
We have quite a bunch of budding cooks!
