What a fantastic community, it’s so brilliant having so many people together chatting, dancing, singing, sharing food, enjoying the gardens and celebrating summer.  Over 500 people came along, it’s felt so special.

There’s so many people to thank and we couldn’t do it without such a huge team of volunteers – there’s been so many people doing things all week (and for ages before that too) so that the event could happen.

Greenfields Community School Choir were fantastic and sang with such joyful warmth and care for the world.

Jude and Janet from BeatFeet Ltd led such wonderful dancing and drumming.

Bikes Love You provided a such a friendly, welcoming and very much valued Dr Bike service.

The Old Nick Trading Company were wonderful; it’s fantastic seeing so many people of all ages dancing along and loving the live music.

Ida made amazing delicious scones.

Wonderful to have Piecing Together there, the talented lovely Meadows Library sewing group.

Eleni had a beautiful stall with her handmade crafts

Steve and Cathy were a wizz on the BBQ – we’ve not yet counted how many burgers were flipped, but it was loads!
