These are a set of pictures taken very recently on the Autumn Equinox at the Community Gardens, it was a beautiful sunny autumn Saturday (September 23rd). So many flowers still blooming, lots of produce ripening and robins singing away in the hedgerows.
Autumn is a time of produce, colour and always feels like a great chance to enjoy a bowl of soup!  The daylight hours start to get a little bit shorter than the night time hours as the year turns, many plants slowly start to slow down and enter a period of dormancy.   It’s definitely a great time to make a pot of tea and enjoy all the colour and tastes of the gardens!
